Booking Conditions

Before you book please read the holiday description and daily itineraries as well as these booking conditions. If you have any questions about the holidays please contact us before proceeding with your booking.

Deposit and Final payment

To make a booking please fill-in the online booking form. 50% deposit on booking (non-refundable)

Balance to be paid 14 days prior to tour. If you book less than four weeks before departure full payment must be made on booking. Less than 14 days before the departure date no refund will be given

Insurance

Bali Bike Hire will not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the duration of the tour. Therefore, baggage and health/accident insurance are highly recommended. We also strongly recommend to get travel insurance to protect you in the event you must cancel your vacation or if your trip is interrupted for any reason: emergency or illness of the participant or a traveling companion, illness or death of an immediate family member of either the participant or their traveling companion. Travel insurance is recommended and make sure your insurance covers you for riding a bike- if traveling with your own bike make sure your policy covers your bike whilst overseas.

Cancellation by Bali Bike Hire if:

We are forced to do so by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances such as war; civil or political unrest; or what is usually known as ‘force majeure’.

Bringing your own bike

If bringing your own bike on one of our holidays, please ensure that the bike is adequately maintained and insured. We will take all reasonable care when transporting bikes, however we are not responsible financially for any damage caused by a third party during our trip or in transit to the start point of the holiday.
